• Incident Handling:
  Troubleshoot HW and SW failures using diagnostic tools; repair HW at component level; clean and adjust mechanical components; configure and install SW.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Perform routine checks per documented procedures and refill consumables as directed.
• IMAC/R:
  Install, Move, Add, Change, and Remove hardware and software components as directed.
• Customer Training:
  Instruct customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software; maintain quality measures and customer satisfaction; provide timely follow-up.
• Process Tasks:
  Receive briefing for incidents and orders; update dispatch on unforeseen issues; provide detailed debriefing and proactively inform customers of actions taken.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Observe problems, inform about potential issues, offer improvement suggestions; use corporate knowledge-sharing tools.
• Training:
  Participate in regular hardware and software trainings and obtain certification after testing.
• Administration:
  Install Field Change Orders (FCOs) and other equipment modifications; ensure timely dispatch information and complete administrative reports including service, expense, time, and attendance records.
• Security and Safety:
  Drive safely; protect company vehicle, tools, test equipment, software and documentation.

• Demonstrate quality technical, electronic repair and maintenance skills.
• Maintain working knowledge of technology and tools used in the office and field.
• Proficient with general Windows operating systems and platforms.
• Stay informed of field procedures, practices, and concepts.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Work well in a team and maintain a customer-focused attitude.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, mechanical or electronic fields; ATM technical experience preferred; associate’s degree in a technology field acceptable.
• Effective communication with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical documentation.
• PC literacy with relevant tools and methods.
• Product knowledge of ATM industry desirable.
• Experience servicing NRT Quick Jack or other gaming/ticket redemption products in a casino environment is an asset.
