- Serve as a key financial advisor to executive leadership.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and business growth.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Maintain strong internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies.
- Analyze financial transactions and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
- Manage annual audits, financial reviews, and regulatory filings.
- Continuously assess and strengthen internal controls and risk management practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance personnel.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve reporting capabilities.
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to support operational and financial objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or controllership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience managing audits, financial statements, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to translate financial information into meaningful business recommendations.
