Senior Internal Auditor

JCW Group has partnered with a leading international insurance agency, seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to lead risk-based, operational audits across their international group audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a growing, service-oriented internal audit team. This role provides excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to interact with stakeholders across the enterprise.

• Work with Functional and Regional Audit Executives and country heads of audit to run risk assessments and build an audit plan aligned to key risks and trends, ensuring strong coverage across the group.
• Oversee and manage a range of risk-based audits (local, connected, and global thematic reviews), delivering to quality, time, and budget, with the right resourcing and technical expertise.
• Bring subject matter insight across scoping, reports, and senior stakeholder meetings, while managing team members' performance and driving upskilling and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• A Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years in Audit (or equivalent experience pathways), including several years in senior auditor roles.
• Experience in third-party, outsourcing, and project management auditing, ideally within the Finance or Insurance industry.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior executives and lead teams within complex, global organizations.
