• Assist licensed mortgage loan officers in preparing and processing loan applications
• Gather and verify necessary documentation from clients to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan process
• Review loan files for compliance with federal and state regulations
• Coordinate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely loan approvals
• Maintain accurate records of all loan activities and client interactions
• Stay updated on industry regulations, loan products, and company policies

• Valid mortgage license in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Proven experience as a mortgage loan assistant or similar role
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in mortgage software and MS Office Suite
