Key responsibilities include diagnosing financial instabilities, developing cost structure profiles, and evaluating payment methodologies for rural hospitals. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of healthcare finance experience and fluency in value-based payment models. A strong background in financial modeling is required, along with familiarity with Critical Access Hospitals.
