Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager) – Manufacturing

Central Illinois – 2 hours south of Chicago, IL

Salary: $140K–$150K + Relocation Available (Onsite)

This is a high-visibility opportunity with a growing PE‑backed manufacturer. You’ll partner directly with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial performance, operational decision‑making, and business growth. In addition to leading FP&A, you’ll oversee project estimating, giving you direct influence on profitability, pricing, costing, and strategic planning.

• Budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
• Manufacturing financial analysis, costing, and margin improvement
• Executive, board, and lender reporting
• Project estimation leadership and continuous improvement
• KPI development and business performance insights

• CPA required
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing
• Strong financial modeling and costing experience
• Ability to influence operational and commercial leaders
• Experience in a PE‑backed environment is a plus
