The Senior Financial Accountant will produce accurate financials and own the narrative behind them, supporting leadership with data‑driven insights for better decision‑making.
Core Responsibilities- Financial reporting & close
— Own assigned areas of the monthly close; deliver accurate, on‑time financials with variance commentary that explains the why. - Analysis & insight
— Build recurring and ad‑hoc analysis (Excel/Power Query, Power BI, Net Suite). Surface trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership before you’re asked. - Payables & controls
— Carry a defined share of the payables workload with strong controls discipline (segregation of duties, payee validation, vendor setup). - Process & systems
— Contribute to our Net Suite implementation and post‑go‑live refinement; build automation that removes manual drag. - Cross‑coverage
— Serve as a backup in an adjacent critical function so the team has depth everywhere it matters. - Owner mindset
— Treat every dollar and every interaction the way an owner would.
- Full time: Monday‑Friday, 7am – 4:30pm
- Location:
Corporate Offices – 19336 N 1425 East Rd., Hudson, IL - Pay – $75k to $125k depending on experience. Reach out to HR with any questions on pay.

- Accounting or finance degree; CPA or CPA‑track strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; multi‑entity exposure a plus.
- Strong technical toolkit:
Excel/Power Query and Power BI; ERP experience (Net Suite a plus). - Proven ability to translate data into a clear narrative for non‑finance leaders.
- Self‑starter who follows through — owns the work end‑to‑end.
