Finance And Performance Analyst
This is a high-visibility opportunity with a growing PE-backed manufacturer where you'll partner directly with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and business growth. In addition to leading FP&A, you'll oversee project estimating, giving you direct influence on profitability, pricing, costing, and strategic planning.
What you'll own:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Manufacturing financial analysis, costing, and margin improvement
- Executive, board, and lender reporting
- Project estimation leadership and continuous improvement
- KPI development and business performance insights
We're looking for:
- CPA required
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing
- Strong financial modeling and costing experience
- Ability to influence operational and commercial leaders
- Experience in a PE-backed environment is a plus
