Overview

We are a staging facility responsible for designing, programming, optimizing, testing, and demonstrating two‑way radio systems to our public safety and commercial market customers. These demonstrations are performed for customers onsite as part of Factory Acceptance.

Role Overview

Lead the systems engineering team through the staging lifecycle, managing all phases in system integration, verification, validation, and successful customer system testing. You will play a pivotal role in bridging hardware, software, and AI disciplines to ensure our complex product ecosystems stage seamlessly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing engineering team by managing performance reviews, providing mentorship, and driving strategic career growth and competency development.
• Develop measurable metrics to drive resources required for project systems integration needs.
• Partner closely with Program Management, Operations, Field SI, and GenAI teams to execute system requirements and ensure cohesive integration across disciplines.
• Engage with front‑end and architecture teams to optimize system integration processes, and drive technical maturation.
• Proactively identify, mitigate and address technical risks across schedule, cost, safety, quality, reliability, and robustness.
• Drive departmental initiatives for engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Oversee engineering processes, establishing realistic schedules, monitoring critical milestones, and ensuring alignment with overarching program goals.
