Responsibilities
- Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions
- Provide strategic advice and business diligence services for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Utilize financial modeling and forecasting techniques to support client decision-making
- Collaborate with clients to identify key deal issues and opportunities for value maximization
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Apply analytical thinking to evaluate business performance metrics and industry trends
- Manage deal processes and contractual agreements to facilitate successful transactions
- Build meaningful client connections and foster long-term relationships
- Navigate complex situations and adapt to changing business contexts
- Mentor junior team members and guide them in developing their skills and knowledge
- Help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals
- Use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems
- Uphold professional and technical standards
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance - Proficiency in financial statement analysis and modeling
- Analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in financial due diligence processes
- Ability to build meaningful client relationships in the finance industry
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving business contexts
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy
Demonstrates expertise in financial statement analysis and modeling, providing strategic advice for mergers and acquisitions while building strong client relationships. Capable of navigating complex financial situations and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills.
