- Join WTW’s Retirement consulting team
- Support global organizations in optimizing employee retirement programs
- Work on defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans
- Contribute to plan design, funding, investing, communication, governance, and employee management approaches
- Work alongside experienced retirement consultants
- Gain immediate exposure to real client assignments
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results
- Build technical knowledge and retirement industry expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management, or another major with significant quantitative coursework
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred
- Work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills; analyst-type internship preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
- Graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
- Must be within a commutable distance of an office location:
Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and technical knowledge in retirement program optimization, with a focus on defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Proficient in data analysis, communication, and collaboration within a team environment.
