As a trusted business partner, you will:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives that align financial performance with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance and actionable insights that drive decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, uncover trends, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver recommendations that impact the bottom line.
• Develop and present meaningful financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations that tell the story behind the numbers.
• Support growth initiatives, investments, and strategic projects by providing financial analysis, modeling, and business case development.
• Enhance visibility into business performance through cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Champion continuous improvement by streamlining financial processes, implementing technology solutions, and improving reporting capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally to support organizational goals and strategic priorities.

You'll also have the opportunity to:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or financial management experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Advanced analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools.
