Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider to join our established Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Department in Champaign, Illinois.

Opportunity Details
  • Join an established practice with 4 Physician Assistants and 6 BC Otolaryngologists [2 Otology/Neurotology, 1 Head and Neck/Microvascular, 2 comprehensive, and 1 part-time advanced rhinology]
  • Typical schedule M-F / 8:00am-5:00pm with weekday call rotation from 7am – 5pm, no weekend call
  • Carle’s Audiology and Hearing Services Department is one of the only programs in the state of IL to offer comprehensive hearing services for both adults and children all in one location and has done over 700 cochlear implants since the program was founded in 1985
  • Our department is located in a newly built clinic with additional space at a self‑standing pediatric ear clinic with auditory‑oral school. Surgeries are performed at our new, adjoining 23,000 square‑foot surgery center as well as at Carle Foundation Hospital
  • Assist with providing outreach services at least one day per week to our clinic in Bloomington (~50 min away)
  • Work with a team of experienced implant and vestibular audiologists, a fellowship trained skull base neurosurgeon, neuroradiologists and radiation oncologists
Education Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
  • 1-2 years of APP experience required
Licensure/Certification Requirements

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to,, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Carle Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for team members and providers.
