Job Description & Requirements

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Mascoutah, Illinois. The position requires 40 hours per week, shifts of 8 hours during the day, and is a 13‑week travel assignment.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate travel opening. The right PT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted.

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the setting, following guidelines for the facility
• Understand and comply with the PT board’s rules and regulations in the respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care
• Use and understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate patients and create a plan of care
• Modify the plan of care as indicated based on the patient’s condition
• Use the Medical Center computer system in the performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Must have 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have BLS and state‑specific licensing.

Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty, and should have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Requirements: BLS, 1 year of experience.

Total Med Allied Job . Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
