Responsibilities
- Room patients and collect pertinent information
- Conduct telephone communications with patients and healthcare facilities
- Perform administrative duties, including patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling
- Complete office procedures and clinical procedures as directed by providers
- Provide written instructions and administer medications to patients
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or equivalent certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- High School Diploma or GED
