This contract opportunity is perfect for a skilled School Psychologist eager to provide expertise and care during a maternity leave assignment from October through December 2026.

In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll work with a diverse group of young learners, supporting their academic, emotional, and behavioral growth. Your insights and interventions will be integral to fostering a positive educational experience for both students and the broader school community.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Illinois School Psychologist licensure (required)
• Demonstrated experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
• Develop intervention strategies in collaboration with educators and families
• Participate in student support and individualized education plan (IEP) meetings
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed
• Serve as a resource for faculty on student mental health and behavioral concerns
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.92 to $69.92.
