We're a growing outpatient mental health practice seeking a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy services
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with referral sources and other providers when appropriate
• Participate in paid peer consultation meetings
• Manage your schedule and caseload with support from our administrative team

• Neurodivergent individuals
• Couples counseling
• Family therapy
• Child and adolescent therapy

• Illinois LCSW or LCPC license required
• LSW and LPC candidates will also be considered
• Minimum two years of therapy experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client hours per week
• Comfort with electronic documentation and communication systems
