Pillar Health Co. is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing integrative healthcare practice in Champaign, Illinois.

Unlike a traditional spa setting, this role focuses on therapeutic, clinical, and performance-oriented care. The therapist will have the opportunity to provide both focused manual therapy as part of coordinated patient care and traditional 30-, 60-, and 90-minute massage appointments.
Because this is a new service within the practice, the position will begin with a flexible, patient-volume-based schedule
. Weekly hours may vary initially, with the opportunity to expand significantly as the therapist's caseload and demand for massage services grow.
This may be an especially good opportunity for a therapist who currently maintains other professional commitments, is building a client base, or wants to gradually develop a clinical massage practice within an established healthcare setting.

Therapists may introduce existing or prospective clients to the practice. Massage appointments provided through Pillar Health Co. will be scheduled and processed through the practice, with the therapist compensated as a W-2 employee.
