As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care of Central IL, you’ll provide one‑on‑one care and support to clients wherever they call home. This may be a private residence, apartment, assisted living community, or skilled nursing home.

Unlike working in a facility, much of your time will be spent working independently with your assigned client. You’ll be trusted to manage responsibilities, follow the client's care plan, communicate concerns, and provide dependable, professional care throughout your shift. While our office team is always available for support, you must be comfortable making appropriate day-to-day decisions and completing your responsibilities without direct, on‑site supervision.

Depending on the needs of the client, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and one-on-one social interaction
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living
