- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations in all key areas of the hotel, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Control the hotel budget, develop and implement programs to enhance operational efficiency and guest service, and conduct weekly departmental meetings.
- Strategic Partner: Represent your property at ownership meetings and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Development: Motivate and positively influence staff, deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a guest-focused mentality and proven customer service experience.
- Team Spirit: Bring a fun, energetic attitude as we work hard and have fun together!
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in a supervisor role or a combination of education and 2 years’ experience in a general manager role, preferably in hospitality.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to motivate teams and manage performance.
- Technical Abilities: Strong computer skills and understanding of revenue and management principles.
- Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for guest satisfaction and team success.
