Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Overview
To help build a team of exceptional people and an intellectually stimulating environment from which to work.
Responsibilities- Support with recruitment processes, covering both experienced and graduate hires
- Act as liaison with candidates, recruitment suppliers and direct applicants
- Check that candidate CVs meet minimum requirements and are screened accordingly
- Coordinate interview schedules, including applying the relevant testing approach
- Invigorate testing environments
- Obtain and consolidate feedback and test results
- Utilize the Greenhouse recruitment system to manage open roles, including candidate pipelines, competency scorecards and reporting on hiring progress
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills- Exceptional attention to detail and written / verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Curiosity and an ability to question and develop processes and operational efficiencies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and a range of stakeholders with the ability to influence and impact up to a senior level
- Ability to deal with multiple competing priorities and be agile to changing business needs
Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1 from a Russell Group university or equivalent)
Experience1–4 years of recruitment administrative experience within a corporate environment
