The City of Champaign is seeking a Human Resources Technician to support staffing, recruiting, and records management within the Public HR team. This role maintains and reviews employee information in HRIS, ensuring accuracy in position management and data entry, while developing job postings and postings to ATS.
You will also prepare HR reports, coordinate records, and serve as a back-up to the HR Administrative Assistant, delivering excellent customer service and receptionist support as needed.
