Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Certinia PSA Developer/PSA QA Tester for an opportunity with a client located in Indian Creek, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and managing Certinia, including workflows, customizations, and automations, as well as user roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Creating and maintaining Apex code, triggers, and flows to support new Certinia features and integrations
  • Ensuring seamless integration of Certinia with other enterprise applications, including Salesforce and other financial systems
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Certinia PSA, including addressing user issues and implementing bug fixes
  • Creating reports and dashboards to monitor data quality, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Planning and executing changes to the Certinia platform, including upgrades and new feature implementations
  • Working closely with stakeholders, including business users, consultants, and other IT teams, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation
  • Creating and running test cases to ensure the PSA software functions correctly and meets requirements
  • Locating and documenting bugs, errors, and usability issues, and working with developers to resolve them
  • Verifying that the software meets specified business requirements and is user-friendly
  • Working with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle
  • Reviewing documentation to understand system requirements and aligning testing strategies accordingly
  • Ensuring that new releases and updates don't introduce new defects and that the software performs optimally under various conditions

Requirements:

  • Recent hands-on experience in custom development, implementing advanced features, and writing robust Apex code within Certinia / Financial Force PSA beyond standard configurations on the Salesforce platform
  • Proven expertise in developing and optimizing enterprise-level applications utilized by hundreds of concurrent users, ensuring high performance and scalability
  • Solid understanding of Certinia products and processes, including Projects, Milestones, Assignment, Resource Requests, Billing Events, Timecards, and foundational exposure to CPQ functionalities
  • Recent experience in Certinia PSA (Financial Force PSA) is required for all openings
  • Recent experience in automation testing, scripting, Provar and Certinia / Financial Force PSA QA Testing
