The RoleAs Director of Sales Analytics
, you will lead the strategy and execution of a robust analytics function powering call center optimization, agent performance, and sales conversion
. You’ll act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Operations — driving insights that directly influence revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Lead the company’s call center and sales analytics strategy focused on lead funnel efficiency, conversion optimization, and agent performance.
- Build and maintain advanced SQL and Python models that measure contact rates, lead penetration, dial activity, conversion outcomes, and agent productivity.
- Design enterprise-level forecasting frameworks in alignment with Sales and Finance leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize lead routing, territory design, dial cadence, and prioritization strategy.
- Own the development of executive-ready dashboards and visualizations (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) highlighting funnel health, sales KPIs, and performance metrics
. - Translate complex analytical findings into simple, strategic recommendations that shape decision-making at the highest levels.
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics team dedicated to supporting sales execution and performance improvement.
- Partner closely with the CFO, Chief Sales Officer, and VP of Sales Strategy to align analytics with broader business goals.
- Ensure best practices around data governance, scalability, and forecast accuracy.
- Stay ahead of trends in telephony analytics, CRM data integration, and sales tech innovation

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in analytics, sales operations, and/or sales strategy, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep experience with call center analytics and agent performance modeling
. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
, with hands-on experience building custom analytics workflows. - Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
. - Proven ability to operate in a high-volume,
inbound/outbound sales environment
. - Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Background in financial services
, consumer lending, subscription-based, or high-touch sales organizations. - Experience driving change management and analytics adoption within sales teams.
- Familiarity with telephony systems, marketing attribution, and CRM/lead data integration.
