Sedona ERP Consultant (90-Day Project Assignment — Remote)

Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 USD

We are seeking an experienced Sedona ERP Project-Based Consultant to support a 90‑day operational and technical engagement. The role involves diagnosing system challenges, refining processes, and ensuring efficient ERP operations.

• Triage and troubleshoot Sedona ERP issues across service, inventory, job costing, billing, and GL modules.
• Identify root causes, propose and implement actionable solutions.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external Sedona/SI/third‑party consultants.
• Improve workflows and recommend configuration changes to enhance efficiency.
• Support data integrity checks, cleanup effort, and reporting needs.
• Train and guide internal users on best practices.
• Document workflows, fixes, and recommendations.

• Proven experience with Sedona Office/Sedona ERP (required).
• Strong understanding of operational processes in service, installation, or security system integrator environments (preferred).
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear operational impacts.
• Experience managing third‑party consultants and validating work quality.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting mindset; works independently and with urgency.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Availability for a 90‑day contract with potential extension.
