Lead Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive insights that improve product performance and advertiser outcomes.
• Support product decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify new features and signals that improve DS models.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks for A/B testing, feature rollouts, and model evaluations.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering & Business teams to ensure we drive actual business value.
• Drive adoption of tools and methodologies like Power
  
  BI, log‑based data analysis, and experimental statistics.

• Excellent ability to collaborate with stakeholders (Product, DS, Engineering, Business) to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions across projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present information and analysis results effectively to technical and less technical stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling, including A/B testing.
• 5+ years of overall work experience within a Tech/Analytics/Startup environment.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a product analyst, business analyst or statistical analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Power
  
  BI.
