Service Now Architect – Digital Consulting (Partner Role)

Join a growing Service Now Partner practice shaping digital transformation for enterprise clients. As a Service Now Architect, you’ll lead from the front—defining architecture, driving delivery excellence, and creating scalable, AI-powered solutions that transform how organizations operate.

• Location: Remote (USA)
• Package: Contract or Permanent (depending on experience)
• Industry: Digital Consulting / Service Now Partner

• Serve as the technical authority on major Service Now programs, from discovery to deployment.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Service Now solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and App Engine.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and roadmap sessions with enterprise clients.
• Architect complex integrations with ERP, CRM, identity, and middleware platforms.
• Provide hands‑on leadership—configuring, coding, and troubleshooting to maintain delivery quality.
• Mentor consultants and developers on best practices and reusable design patterns.
• Support pre‑sales activities, defining architecture approaches and presenting technical value.
• Contribute to internal accelerators, reference architectures, and partner enablement initiatives.

• 8+ years in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or platform architecture.
• 3+ years hands‑on Service Now implementation experience.
• Strong background in API design, integrations, and secure data flow architectures.
• Experience with AI‑driven workflows such as Virtual Agent or Predictive Intelligence.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
• One or more Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, CSM, FSM, SOM) strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in client‑facing environments.
