This position involves supporting HFS infrastructure in the Database Management unit, assisting with software implementation, system administration, and resolving technical issues.
The ideal candidate will be ready to grow and learn while supporting application development within the Bureau of Technical Operations.### Key qualifications
* Two years of college coursework in computer science, application services, or related fields OR completion of agency-sponsored training program
* Elementary knowledge of IBM Z/OS mainframe using TSO, JCL and IBM-supplied utilities
* Elementary knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows, Office, SQL, SharePoint)
* Ability to verify identity and pass background check
* Employment authorization to work full-time in the United States
