Are you a strategic leader who thrives on driving enterprise transformation? We're looking for an experienced Program Director to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and deliver complex enterprise programs from strategy through execution.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- 5+ years leading enterprise Digital Transformation programs
- Strong experience with PMO Governance, Organizational Change Management, and Executive Stakeholder Management
- Expertise managing budgets, risks, cross-functional teams, and enterprise portfolios
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- PMP, Prosci, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certification
- Experience leading ERP, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Application transformation initiatives
- Background in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or other large enterprise environments
