We are seeking an experienced F&O Project Manager with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Administration, specifically in Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Agile transformations and coaching teams to deliver high quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Work closely with product owners to ensure a well defined backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new approaches.
- Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications to ensure alignment with Agile practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Functional.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with other project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Dev Ops practices.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP ACC), or equivalent.
- Experience in leading Agile transformations in large organizations.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to technology solutions.
