Keyqualifications:
- Master's degree in business/public administration or closely related field with 2 years professional experience, OR bachelor's degree with 4 years experience managing computer-based management informa
- 4 years professional experience in public or business administration implementing fiscal practices and policies
- 3 years experience with general accounting principles, financial reporting, grant management, or related fiscal field
- 2 years experience using SAP or similar accounting system
- 2 years experience providing technical IT training, delivering technical support, and managing system access for fiscal software applications
