Position Summary

• Be a Team Member
  :
  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively, and remain flexible to meet business needs.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to specifications, plan future production, manage seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates. Use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving pick‑up orders, training, and quality control.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date control, reduce waste, provide member service, assist purchasing decisions, process payments, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Advocate the brand, inspire others, foster a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented culture, and assist in training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and partners; set priorities, track progress, and recommend improvements.

• Acknowledge and complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed timeframe.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
