Procurement Analyst

• Analyze demand, inventory, supplier, ERP, and procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Combine, validate, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources.
• Support raw material planning and procurement through analysis of inventory levels, consumption trends, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain supply chain and procurement data.
• Support supplier performance, procurement KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews.
• Contribute to analytics, reporting automation, inventory optimization, process efficiency, and data quality initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies, data governance requirements, and working procedures.
• Perform other procurement and supplier support duties.
• Report to the Manager, Procurement, Americas

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, data analytics, or a manufacturing environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable using Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle Analytics, or similar reporting and analytics tools
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, or supplier collaboration
• Effective communication with different audiences
• Ability to explain data-driven insights and recommendations clearly
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work within the United States without sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in data analysis, procurement processes, and supply chain management, with a strong focus on reporting automation and inventory optimization. Proficient in utilizing analytical tools and ERP systems to drive data-driven insights and improve operational efficiency.
