The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the day-to-day operations of an assigned facility. This position is available on first or second shift
, with the specific schedule determined by facility needs. Reporting to the onsite management team, this position is responsible for overseeing production performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership.

Prior pallet industry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate. This role is key to upholding our core values of service, sustainability, safety, and operational excellence.
