The Porter is responsible for routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior, ensuring the premises are clean and hygienic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with repairing and maintaining community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for residents.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Inspect all areas of the property daily for cleanliness and safety, and help maintain curb appeal.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Interest in custodial and/or maintenance work with mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
• Perform other related duties as required.
