Position:
Appliance Technician Specialist

• Follow operating instructions
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
• Maintain truck supplies and inventory
• Work with manufacturers for technical assistance
• Document service calls using paperless forms

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be drug‑free, obtain a clean criminal background, and have a DUI free driving record
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. without accommodations
• Have a professional neat appearance and strong work ethic
• Produce 2 professional references
• Preferred: 2–5 years mechanical experience

Training Phase (4 months):

• Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on skillset)

Post-Training:

• Salary: $40,000 annually
• Plus: 8% commission on repair work
• Eligibility for a $500 monthly working performance bonus

• tool rent-to-own program
• Company‑issued pickup truck, cell phone, and laptop provided

• Monday–Friday, starting at 8 AM until calls are complete
• Rotating on‑call schedule (every 12–15 weeks)
