About the RoleAs General Manager, you will set the tone for the entire property. Your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance, making you a critical driver of long-term success.
Responsibilities- Operational Leadership - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring policies, procedures, and brand standards are met while delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management - Manage budgets, analyze performance, improve operational efficiency, and lead weekly departmental meetings.
- Strategic Leadership - Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and key stakeholders, representing the property with professionalism and confidence.
- Team Development - Lead, coach, and inspire team members through performance feedback, goal-setting, and a collaborative leadership style.
- Guest Experience - Champion a guest-first mentality and consistently model exceptional customer service.
- Culture Builder - Bring positive energy, professionalism, and a sense of fun while driving results.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and 2+ years of General Manager experience (hospitality preferred).
- Leadership Skills - Strong organizational, communication, and people-management abilities with a proven ability to motivate teams.
- Technical Skills - Solid computer proficiency and a working knowledge of revenue management and operational best practices.
