Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and ready to take the next step in your hospitality leadership career? A growing hospitality management group is seeking a driven, energetic, and strategic General Manager to lead our hotel to excellence.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will set the tone for the entire property. Your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance, making you a critical driver of long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring policies, procedures, and brand standards are met while delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management - Manage budgets, analyze performance, improve operational efficiency, and lead weekly departmental meetings.
  • Strategic Leadership - Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and key stakeholders, representing the property with professionalism and confidence.
  • Team Development - Lead, coach, and inspire team members through performance feedback, goal-setting, and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Guest Experience - Champion a guest-first mentality and consistently model exceptional customer service.
  • Culture Builder - Bring positive energy, professionalism, and a sense of fun while driving results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and 2+ years of General Manager experience (hospitality preferred).
Required Skills
  • Leadership Skills - Strong organizational, communication, and people-management abilities with a proven ability to motivate teams.
  • Technical Skills - Solid computer proficiency and a working knowledge of revenue management and operational best practices.
  • Personality - Positive, energetic, and guest-focused with a genuine passion for team success.
Pay range and compensation package Pay Range- $60,000.00-$80,000.00
