This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Director of Sales at Icon Lodging. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading sales operations, providing excellent customer service, managing a sales team, and driving business development. The role requires collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to foster positive client relationships
• Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and coaching a sales team
• Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities for Business Development
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and previous hotel sales experience is a plus
