Growing U.S. manufacturer seeking a high‑impact leader to drive strategic initiatives across commercial execution, go‑to‑market strategy, sales effectiveness, channel development, AI‑enabled business tools, and new product commercialization.
This is not a traditional project management role.
Looking for someone who enjoys building, influencing, and driving results across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams.
Ideal Background:- 10–20 years of progressive experience
- Commercial strategy, business transformation, product commercialization, sales operations, or growth initiatives
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority
- Manufacturing, industrial technology, electronics, or engineered products experience preferred
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership
