My client, a global leader in Medical Imaging, is experiencing exponential growth in the US and is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Service Manager to join their team. This role will involve overseeing the service operations within the North East US region, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical imaging equipment.
The Regional Service Manager will be a key player in supporting field service teams, driving customer satisfaction, and optimizing service delivery.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience servicing and installing Medical Imaging equipment
- Proven leadership experience, managing or mentoring a team of field service engineers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the region to support operations and customer needs
- Coordinate and manage the regional service schedule to ensure timely completion of service requests and preventive maintenance tasks
