Interim Maternal Child Health Leader

Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Director Maternal Child Health for an organization in Illinois. The interim leader will provide steady, high-quality clinical and operational leadership for the Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Nursery/NICU, and related maternal-child units during a leadership transition.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois (required).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Leadership experience in MCH required
• Strong working knowledge of IDPH regulations, Joint Commission standards, and perinatal safety best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transition, manage change, and stabilize department operations quickly.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $800.00 to $900.00 per day ($208,000 - $234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
