Assumes responsibility for personnel related duties that include interviewing, disciplinary actions, payroll reporting, scheduling paid leave, and enforcing required rules and regulations. Monitors employee performance and ensures timely communications for the purpose of goal setting, performance evaluations, wages increases and continued personnel actions. Develops budget recommendations and monitors budget activities. Manages operations of department and ensures standards of quality and service are provided in accordance with organizational goals and priorities.
Collaborate with director to have clinical practice oversight of RN, OT, OA, MA staff. Collaborate with leadership, revenue cycle resources and SME group to support PSR and surgery scheduling staff in accountable work flows. Collaboration with dyad group, physician and optometrist staff to ensure quality outcomes. Promote safe, high quality care processes. Collaboration with regulatory, compliance, and infection prevention staff to ensure compliant operations.
Communicate with leadership and staff to support work place engagement. Model and support staff delivery of best practice customer service.
The compensation range for this position is $44.67 per hour - $76.83 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
