Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex, enterprise‑scale HR initiatives
- Establish and mature project management practices across HR
- Ensure disciplined execution, alignment to strategic priorities, and successful delivery of transformational efforts
- Oversee a small team responsible for core operational disciplines including risk, audit, budget, contracts, and accounts payable
- Ensure strong financial and operational management across HR including planning, tracking, and optimization of budgets and vendor spend
- 10–15+ years of experience in project management
- 6+ years of people leadership experience preferred
- Experience project managing M&A integrations highly preferred
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
