Associate Lead
The Associate Lead is primarily responsible for supporting management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. Performs various sales and related tasks to maintain store performance.
Subway Team ManagerAs part of the Subway Team, the Manager focuses on eight main responsibilities, including:
- Providing an excellent guest experience.
- Ensuring that great food is prepared & served.
- Keeping restaurants functional, clean, and stocked.
- Overseeing staff development and scheduling.
- Maintaining operational standards and quality controls.
- Managing inventory and supply chain efficiently.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Driving sales and profitability goals.
The AM is the operations leader of the restaurant focused on profitability, guest service, people development, and overall operations management. The AM supports the Restaurant General Manager in executing daily responsibilities.
General ManagerThe General Manager administers, directs, and oversees effective recruitment and development of subordinates. Responsibilities include implementing business plans, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving operational performance.
Project CoordinatorCoordinates internal resources and third parties or vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
