Role Overview
As a Project Manager at Caterpillar, you will lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical resources, and leadership to manage project execution, mitigate risks, and drive accountability.
What You Will DoLead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, monitoring, and delivery. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
