Senior Business Manager – Global Pricing, U.S. and Canada Deals

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
• Manage and develop a team of analysts
• Lead product level modeling/analytics
• Drive step‑change improvements in credit performance
• Coordinate across the line of business to build business requirements
• Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement in quality and profitability

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience in qualitative analysis
• At least 1 year of experience in people management
• At least 1 year of experience in project management
• Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis preferred
• 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis preferred
• 2+ years of experience in people management preferred
• 2+ years of experience in product development preferred
• 2+ years of experience in financial modeling preferred
• 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project management preferred
