Our client, a rapidly growing electrical construction firm serving commercial, industrial, and mission-critical markets, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their leadership team. This is a high-visibility role for a builder who wants to grow into a leadership track. The position reports directly to the Vice President, with the opportunity to build and lead a team of direct reports as the business expands into new territories and markets.

What You’ll Do- Own the full project lifecycle
, from conception, design, and procurement through installation, testing, and commissioning - Coordinate complex electrical systems including lighting, power distribution boards, power monitoring, and low-voltage systems (security, fire alarm, IT/data networks)
- Manage budgets and schedules
, including labor hours, material procurement, and detailed project schedules using MS Excel or Pro Novos - Lead technical coordination across field personnel, electrical engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure full compliance with applicable codes and specifications
- Champion safety and compliance with CEC, NEC, local code, and OSHA standards on every project
- Commercial, industrial, and manufacturing builds: new power distribution, lighting, life safety, low-voltage, and control systems
- Data center and mission-critical projects: power distribution, backup power and generator systems, UPS, lighting, low-voltage cabling, and security systems
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 7 to 10+ years in electrical construction or industrial project management
- Strong command of power distribution, lighting controls, and low-voltage cabling
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction management software
- A track record of leading in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with the relationship-building skills to work seamlessly across clients, partners, and internal teams
- Base salary: $150,000 to $185,000
