- Lead and manage the overall direction, coordination, and execution of Field Service activities for turbine projects
- Manage turbine start-up and commissioning activities
- Align resources and teams for successful site operations
- Expand and develop Field Service installation and commissioning resources
- Oversee personnel, equipment, and financial resources
- Expand business volume and profitability of the Turbine Outage group
- Manage Field Service scope and change notice activities
- Build relationships with Turbine retrofit customers
- Grow Emerson Power & Water Solutions business volume while providing quality service and support
- Collaborate with regional Field Service leadership to share resources, enhance productivity, and promote teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in Instrumentation and Control in the Power industry
- Demonstrated experience in resource management, risk management, and change management
- Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time while assessing technical specifications
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided now or in the future
- PE, PMP, or OV400 certification preferred
- Prior experience with Ovation systems preferred
- Prior experience with Field Service, Field Service scheduling, site installations, and site management preferred
- Prior experience with project management preferred
- Prior experience with turbine controls installations and commissioning preferred
Demonstrates expertise in managing Field Service activities for turbine projects, including start-up and commissioning, resource management, and risk management. Proven ability to enhance business volume and profitability while ensuring quality service and support in the Power industry.
