We are seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC machinist to join the H3 team for H3 s continued growth. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience on a 5-axis mill, including responsibilities for setting up and operating CNC machines (mill, turn, lathe) to produce precision tight tolerance parts to customer specifications.

• MUST HAVE 5-AXIS MILL EXPERIENCE
• Set up and operate CNC equipment, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, symbols, callouts, and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
• Perform programming or offsets as needed.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to perform routine quality checks.

• Experience with CNC machining and operation (preferably with precision, complex, tight tolerance components).
• Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments

• CNC lathe: 2 years (Preferred)
• CNC turn: 5 years (Preferred)
• Blueprint reading: 5 years (Required)
• CNC: 5 years (Required)
• 5-Axis CNC mill: 5 years (Required)
